By reserving an appointment with Inviktus Salons you are acknowledging and agreeing to all policies and waivers.

Inviktus Salons maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. This is so we may have ample time to fill the appointment reservation should you need to cancel your services. All guests are required to reserve their appointment with a credit card during service scheduling. In the event a guest does not provide a 24-hour notice for an appointment. There will be between a 25.00 to 78.00 late cancellation charge and no show fees will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

This waiver is to release Inviktus Salons of any responsibility for services received when providing a Brazilian blowout, relaxer, perm, color or blonding service. We will inform you if your desired outcome cannot be reached on your first visit and try to set a timeline of how many visits are required to achieve your desired look. If your expectations are not met for whatever reason, please come back to us to have us see if we can solve the problem. How nice you are when you call us will determine how nice we are as well (works both ways) we are happy to assist, but no refunds shall be given if you choose another avenue besides us having the opportunity to make you happy (this of course is our main goal).

We provide our clients with the highest level of service and knowledge when it comes to our services, and it's our duty to provide due diligence when you choose to use us for your chemical services.

You understand that outcome may vary for several reasons, this is to include but not be limited to: non professional color on hair, condition of hair prior to services, not choosing professional take home recommendations provided by stylist, medications that may prohibit colors from taking properly and use of any hair color that is not purchased from a licensed professional.
